ABOUT

Brad Emanuel

Elm Place Partners was founded by Brad Emanuel, a seasoned real estate investor who previously spent more than a decade at a family office managing an extensive portfolio across all commercial real estate asset classes. In this role, Brad was responsible for analyzing hundreds of potential investments, procuring and identifying new opportunities for portfolio investing, and tracking performance through the life of each investment.

Like many investors, he struggled with the fragmented method in which private equity real estate investments are tracked, preventing him from analyzing his portfolio and making data-driven decisions. With no existing solutions that aggregated private equity investment data into one place, Brad decided to address this unmet need and build out his own real estate performance solution.

Brad learned firsthand that the increased visibility gained from this approach improved his investment strategies, resulting in generous increases and returns. Now, with the launch of Elm Place Partners, Brad thrives off helping other real estate investors facing similar challenges. Today, EPP monitors, tracks and reports more than 500 alternative investments on behalf of its clients.

Brad received his MBA with a concentration in real estate finance and investment from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2010. He currently serves as a mentor of the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University. Other civic involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation as well as an active member of the BGS Advisory Council at JUF. Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brad is an avid Badgers, Bears, and Dodgers fan. He's fluent in Spanish & currently lives in Highland Park, IL.
